I’m Zack — my journey didn’t begin in real estate. I trained as an engineer in design and robotics, but my pursuit of financial freedom led me to explore safer and steadier vehicles of wealth, real estate.
That journey began with my own purchase in 2022 — a decision that, within two years, appreciated by $400 psf even before TOP.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 100 clients — from first-time buyers making their first move, to seasoned investors restructuring their portfolios for greater returns.
Along the way, I was also appointed as 2IC for The Orie and LyndenWoods, working alongside powerhouse developers City Developments Limited (CDL) and CapitaLand Developments (CLD). These experiences sharpened my ability to spot opportunities and guide clients through an ever-evolving market.
